PROJECT ARCHITECT:   ARCove, LLC seeks two (2) Project Architects. The Project Architect will develop and complete projects from schematic to construction administration phases. Duties include: Understand and develop plans, sections, elevations, details and schedules during design through construction documents. Work with 3D models, drawings, and sketches. Coordinate Revit models from other disciplines and in construction administration. Min requirements: Master of Architecture or Bachelor of Architecture; a BA in Architecture or BS in Architecture are not acceptable. 48 months experience as a Project Manager, Project Architect or related architectural position required. Must have demonstrable ability in: Energy modeling, Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion or Lumion. Place of employment: 767 Islington Street, Portsmouth, NH 03801.
